The role involves supporting the division's business growth by managing CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and ComLIMS systems, which handle customer data, laboratory operations, and service catalogs.
Support the implementation and management of CRM and ComLIMS systems across laboratories and business units, ensuring data quality, user support, and system customization. Contribute to marketing, sales, and business development projects, and maintain system integrations and documentation.
This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple system tools, supporting user training, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
