As a Customer Service Specialist - , you will be responsible for managing and supporting international customer inquiries, coordinating export processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of orders. You will act as a liaison between the company and our international customers, ensuring that all export regulations and procedures are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product details.
Oversee the export process, including preparing and managing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods via sea and land transport, while ensuring compliance with Incoterms and other international shipping regulations.
Utilize SAP to manage orders, inventory, and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking of customer orders.
Ensure the accurate and efficient handling of export documentation, including understanding and applying Incoterms.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and improve the export process.
Continuously monitor market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize shipping strategies.

Requisitos:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in customer services, export, or logistics, in an international and national environment, preferably in the toy industry.
Knowledge of Incoterms, export processes, and international shipping logistics (terrestrial and maritime) (Valuable)
Interest in SAP and other ERP systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
