Your role

  • Develop a localized brand activation calendar aligned with the Sub-Regional Marketing plan, coordinating with Brand Communications, B2B Partner Marketing, and the Sales team.
  • Ensure high-quality execution by adapting global and regional guidelines to the local market, maintaining our premium brand experience.
  • Create City and Cultural Calendars to develop local activation plans and spot opportunities, collaborating with the Regional Brand Marketing Lead on creative strategies.
  • Implement an omni-channel approach by working with the local DTCR team, WHS partners, and community networks.
  • Develop community engagement and activation plans, partnering with retail teams to strengthen community programs.
  • Build strong relationships with communities and partners through engagement, education, and training to foster brand loyalty.
  • Deliver impactful events that resonate with and engage partners and community audiences, driving activation.
  • Set objectives, KPIs, and requirements for your team, report on initiatives, and utilize local data insights.
  • Manage the local brand activation budget, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the Brand Activation / Community team, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.

Your profile

  • Typically +5 years experience in management, preferably in sportswear, streetwear, street culture, or entertainment industries, with experience on brand or agency sides.
  • Experience with local communities and event management, especially in running, fitness, training, or tennis. Knowledge of the Spanish market and culture is preferred.
  • Fluent or C1+ in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Valid EU driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Proximity to Barcelona or Madrid, with flexibility to travel frequently.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and translating it into local activations.
  • Experience in setting and tracking KPIs, and using data for decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of mentoring high-performing, diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and communities.
  • Strategic, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, communications, and retail.
  • Ability to adapt global guidelines to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
