About The Team

Our Data Analytics team is building a scalable, well-structured, and high-quality data ecosystem that empowers our strategic workstreams in marketing, customer experience, product, and integrations. We also support departments like Finance and HR, ensuring they have the data needed for informed decision-making.

We are standardizing data practices, optimizing reporting tools, and centralizing business logic, creating opportunities for significant impact. As part of this team, you'll work on diverse projects, collaborate across departments, and develop expertise in modern data technologies and best practices.

Your Contribution

  • Refine and update dashboards in Qlik Sense, supporting the transition from QlikView.
  • Collaborate to integrate data transformations from Qlik dashboards into BigQuery / dbt.
  • Improve dashboard efficiency with clear, responsive visualizations.
  • Develop automated email reports, scheduled reports, alerts, and natural language queries for self-service.
  • Provide training and workshops to enable teams to access insights independently.
  • Ensure dashboards follow UI / UX best practices for navigation and data presentation.
  • Maintain data validation standards to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Explore new BI features and tools for improved visualization and reporting.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization roles.
  • Strong expertise in Qlik.
  • Proficiency in SQL and dimensional data modeling.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective dashboards and reports.
  • Experience with other BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience with IBM Planning Analytics or similar tools.
  • Skills in Python scripting for automation.
  • Ability to work flexibly from one of our locations.
