Air Liquide has deployed several modules in Workday from 2021 to 2023 for all its employees. The Recruiting, Learning, and Talent / Performance modules are part of these deployments and have been rolled out across all regions from 2023.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Talent modules of Workday (Recruiting, Learning, and Talent) for all regions, with a specific focus on Europe / AMEI, where you will be the primary point of contact.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting end-user issues (process security) raised by local teams via the case management tool ServiceNow.
- Applying configuration changes in Workday on Business Process Mass Updates following defects raised by clusters.
- Proposing relevant enhancements based on ticket analysis or recurrent requests to the Talent Module Leads and presenting them at the Global Governance Board.
- Ensuring documentation (training materials, process flows, configuration workbooks, security workbooks) is updated after each change to the Talent Modules.
- Collaborating with other Talent Solutions Experts across regions to support or back them up.
- Participating in system enhancements (Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules) with the Head of each module, applying functionalities from the HR IS roadmap through Workday releases and lessons learned.
- Delivering HR services effectively to the business while promoting a superior employee experience.
Work experience :
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Workday system maintenance and enhancement post-go-live, focusing on Talent modules.
- Experience working in an international HRIS environment with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS update cycles using Workday and ability to collaborate with vendors or external support for high-quality HRIS support.
- Experience in Applications Management Support (AMS), supporting daily transactional issues and promoting HRIS adoption.
Knowledge :
- Good operational knowledge of Workday Talent modules (Recruiting, Learning, or Talent/Performance) and Workday Security.
- Operational knowledge of Reporting and Security.
- Experience with HCM modules is a plus.
Abilities :
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly explain resolutions to end users.
- Proactive in identifying and recommending process improvements and providing efficient end-user support.
- Customer service orientation, pragmatism, tenacity, agility, team spirit.
Know-How :
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, especially during high-volume support periods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in a multicultural environment.
- Curiosity about new technologies, especially generative AI and automation.
Languages :
- Fluent professional English
