Tasks in the role
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team, providing strategic guidance to align campaigns with growth marketing goals.
- Support the team with insights and customer journey optimization to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Design and implement marketing programs to strengthen relationships with existing customers, increasing engagement, loyalty, and renewals.
- Create targeted content to educate customers about product updates, features, and best practices.
- Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and upsell / cross-sell points.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and business objectives.
- Launch tailored marketing initiatives for specific customer segments or verticals.
- Coordinate with the Product Marketing team to ensure messaging resonates with enterprise buyers.
- Work with Content, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a holistic customer experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Refine strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, customer marketing, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Proven success in managing growth marketing initiatives and driving results across the customer lifecycle.
- Holistic view of the customer journey with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience collaborating with demand generation teams and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented team player who thrives in collaboration.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver quality work.
