ISV Partnerships Manager, are you passionate about payments and fintech? We are seeking a talented and motivated ISV Partnerships Manager to develop our ISV Partnerships Program and deliver innovative payment solutions to clients.

About the Role :

  • Identify new ISV opportunities in the country.
  • Monitor the software market for suitable vendors for the ISV program.
  • Identify major IT vendors offering merchant services within verticals.
  • Engage with vendors to present the ISV program.
  • Onboard new ISVs.
  • Assist with creating ISV accounts.
  • Coordinate communication between ISVs and the TAM team for integration.
  • Manage merchants originating from ISVs.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new merchants with Lead Generation.
  • Monitor revenue from individual merchants and ISVs.
  • Identify revenue deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with ISVs.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with ISVs.
  • Handle escalations and follow-up on issues affecting ISV merchants.
  • Monitor financial relationships with ISVs (invoicing, payments).
  • Perform administrative and other related tasks.
  • Provide training on company's products.
  • Prepare and deliver sales / ISV meetings and presentations.

Qualifications :

  • Proven success in selling technology solutions through ISV / channel partnerships.
  • Track record of establishing successful partnerships.
  • Ability to recognize business potential and value in tech-driven solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills for multi-partner agreements.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
  • Consistent achievement and exceeding of sales targets.
  • Desirable : experience in EPOS peripheral sales.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish at a business level.
