Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule varies weekly, with at least 20-25 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required. During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.

Requisitos

  • High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • No supervisory/managerial experience required
  • CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish required
