Join our team and build the future of space technology

We’re expanding our team at Alén Space and are looking for a Junior Project Manager with passion, talent, and experience to lead our Mission Control Center team and help build the future of space technology.

What you will be doing

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Plan projects and monitor their progress.
  • Identify risks and potential obstacles in project development.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, track action items, address issues, and negotiate scope changes.
  • Coordinate meetings and milestone reviews with the client.
  • Coordinate the technical team from various areas to achieve project objectives.
  • Track project costs and time according to the project plan and internal processes.
  • Communicate project metrics, risks, and deviations to the operations team.

What we need in our team

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing technical projects.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to international clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 equivalent).

Valuable knowledge

  • Knowledge of PMI and agile methodologies.
  • Academic background in engineering.
  • Experience with aerospace projects applying ECSS management standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and similar quality standards.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience working with technical requirements.
