Job Description: Genesys Cloud Developer

We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience, participating in all phases of the software development cycle, and staying updated with the latest trends in IVR and bot technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement IVR solutions with Genesys Cloud Architect.
2. Create and maintain bots and chatbots to improve user experience.
3. Participate in design, development, testing, and maintenance phases.
4. Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues.
5. Stay informed about new technologies and trends in IVR and chatbot development.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of IVR and experience with Genesys Cloud Architect.
2. Experience in developing bots and chatbots.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
