Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with founders and leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities with enterprise clients and startups.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes, including negotiations and closing deals.
  • Partner with clients to brainstorm innovative blockchain use cases impacting millions.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and technological advancements to become a thought leader.
  • Deeply understand the product and coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

About You

  • Proven sales track record, preferably in related sectors; a natural salesperson with excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 3-10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or management consulting, with deep knowledge of the web3 ecosystem.
  • Strong sales instincts, the ability to motivate teams, and persuade clients to adopt our products.
  • Creative with a visionary outlook, capable of predicting industry trends.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, thriving under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative in business development.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with technical products or developer infrastructure.
  • Experience with or usage of crypto as a consumer.
  • Entrepreneurial background, such as starting a company.
