Business Analyst

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather requirements and manage the backlog to create future technology.
• Work with the development team and write user stories.
• Act as the bridge between Developers and the product team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback on the product roadmap and features.
• Own, prioritize, and communicate the short, medium, and long-term release plan of the product.
• Assist in communication strategy regarding products.
• Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment through progress reports.
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Document requirements, create functional specifications, and prepare wireframes / flowcharts.

Requirements and Skills :

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Background in Software Development.
• Advanced proficiency in MySQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, and workflow automation. AI / ML experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Scrum methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
• Goal-oriented team player.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
