CONSULTOR RRHH ON SITE ILLESCAS AS2025 (H / M / X)

Join our team as a Consultor RRHH On Site in Illescas (Toledo).

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and oversee routine HR processes, metrics, and risk control.
2. Act as the primary contact for our client on-site.
3. Ensure the satisfaction of clients, candidates, and colleagues by exceeding expectations.

Requirements :

1. Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, or similar is valued.
2. Experience in Temporary Work or recruitment, especially logistics profiles, is preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving, client orientation, adaptability, and resilience skills.
4. Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
