We are seeking a Data Engineer for our client, a multinational financial company.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Power BI Development: Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that offer clear visuals and actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs. Perform data transformations and modeling using Power Query and DAX. Manage data security, role-based access, and user permissions within Power BI.
  2. Azure Data Factory (ADF): Develop and maintain data pipelines for seamless data integration, migration, and transformation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and integrating Power Apps into reports.
  • Strong skills in creating insightful, visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Fabric within the Power BI ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with other visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills for database management, querying, and ETL processes.
  • Experience with cloud data solutions and transformation tools, including Azure Data Factory.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
