We’re partnering with a luxury resort group with properties across Panama, focusing on design, culture, and unforgettable experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned, bilingual (Spanish and English) General Manager who enjoys leading in high-end, experiential environments and managing dynamic teams in remote locations.

The Role

The General Manager will oversee daily resort operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, team performance, and service standards. Managing a team of 25–40 staff, they will drive operational efficiency and staff development across departments.

Requirements :

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proven experience in hotel or resort leadership, preferably in remote or international settings
• Hands-on management style with involvement in daily operations
• Strong leadership and team development skills to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Guest-focused approach with a commitment to high standards
