Position : Supply Manager Production & Projects for Military Aircraft
Mission
- Act as the main interface to internal customers, ensuring visibility and customer protection, fostering our customer-oriented values, and increasing business impact.
- Manage deliveries in terms of On Time / On Quality.
- Ensure process adherence for all activities in line with Procurement and Program targets.
- Follow up on supplier orderbook and actively manage stocks.
- Manage material flows to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of outsourced and purchased products, including initiating corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure product conformity according to quality inspection plans.
Responsibilities
- Participate in New Product Introduction and evaluate Change Requests.
- Lead communication with internal customers on SQCDP, reporting, and coordination during ordering phases.
- Interact with suppliers and cross-functional departments to implement corrective actions and resolve disputes.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, manage RFQs during tendering, and lead escalation processes.
- Identify risks, track actions, report deviations, and initiate mitigation strategies.
- Support planning and inventory management activities and participate in improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with Airbus Code of Conduct and ethical standards.
- Analyze delays, prioritize urgent issues, and develop operational action plans.
- Manage export control licenses and perform quality inspections, including software.
- Conduct investigations and collaborate on containment actions, certifying product conformity.
This role requires awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity, supporting Airbus’s reputation and growth.
