This role involves providing essential service plans to customers and their sites, responding to technical faults and scheduled maintenance of our products.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be part of a national team of Field Service Engineers delivering prompt and effective solutions to customer issues.
Your responsibilities include identifying faults, repairing, testing, and modifying actuators in the field, conducting mechanical and electrical installations, and completing accurate site visit reports.
Ideal candidates are determined problem-solvers with logical troubleshooting skills and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
