We are seeking a WalkMe Business Analyst, also known as a Digital Adoption Consultant, to partner with internal teams of large enterprise clients. Your role will be to understand their business pain points and goals, and recommend solutions using WalkMe technology.

If you are unfamiliar with the WalkMe product, we will provide training and all necessary materials to ensure your confidence in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple implementation projects collaboratively with business, product, and technical teams of clients;
  • Deliver high-quality projects in partnership with dedicated WalkMe Engineers and the entire WalkMe team;
  • Conduct problem discovery sessions to understand use cases, pain points, objectives, and success criteria;
  • Research strategies and solutions, and engage stakeholders on digital readiness and adoption;
  • Consult on best practices and creative solutions to leverage the WalkMe product suite for impactful implementations;
  • Develop project plans, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality are maintained;
  • Identify and mitigate implementation risks to prevent project roadblocks, engaging escalation resources as needed;
  • Maintain an understanding of customer strategic goals to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Customer Success, Project Manager, or similar client-facing role;
  • UI / UX experience at Middle+ level (background in UI / UX / Product design);
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS;
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate requirements into technical deliverables;
  • Understanding technical possibilities and limitations of tools for troubleshooting and maintenance;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client projects;
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in Ukrainian and English (Advanced level required).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS implementation or professional services;
  • Technical background;
  • Experience with WalkMe.
