Job Overview

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador for night shifts (16h/week) to represent a major tobacco brand at selected venues in Madrid on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Benefits and Compensation

• Permanent contract from day one.
• Fixed salary of €820/month + €150/month bonus for sales targets + additional bonuses for exceeding sales goals, with no cap.
• Work hours: 16 hours weekly, distributed Thursday to Saturday: Thursday 20:00-00:00, Friday and Saturday 18:30-01:30 approximately.
• €12 per day for meals on Fridays and Saturdays (6-hour shift + 1 hour break).
• Taxi reimbursement from 23:30 onwards, up to €20-€30 depending on the route.
• Full availability during scheduled hours is required (may vary based on campaign needs).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electronic devices of a well-known tobacco brand within selected Madrid venues.
• Build customer loyalty.
• Report daily results and customer feedback.
• Represent the brand image, requiring a professional appearance and trustworthy profile.

Minimum Requirements

• Full availability Thursday to Saturday evenings and early nights.
• Impeccable appearance.
• Results-oriented with goal achievement focus.
• Good customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales promotion; previous sector experience is a plus.
• Commitment and stability for long-term engagement.
