Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
- Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, identify technical risks, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers and document processes and system metrics.
- Validate solutions against business needs, train end users, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Generate technical documentation, contribute to team training, and share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with mandatory experience in Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
