Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Salesforce Field Service Developer.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and participate in the technical design of projects.
  • Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Analyze and optimize application performance, identify technical risks, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology providers and document processes and system metrics.
  • Validate solutions against business needs, train end users, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Generate technical documentation, contribute to team training, and share knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with mandatory experience in Salesforce Field Service solutions.
  • Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, SDLC, and coding methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
