How your day will look like

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to small and medium-sized enterprise customers via phone, email, and remote maintenance.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers.
  • Analyze, resolve, and document user problems.
  • Create documentation and checklists, and maintain the Knowledge Database.
  • Administer access rights.

Your profile

  • Experience in 1st level support or customer service.
  • Good Windows 10 and Office 365 skills; Apple skills are a plus.
  • Experience in Windows user support.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for technology.
  • The ability to work independently, customer-oriented thinking, and high-quality standards.
  • Native or fluent level of German (at least B2), and a good level of English.
