What will you be doing:

  1. Provide first-line support to our customers' employees, managers, and super users via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  2. Support employee salary inquiries, ensuring understanding of salary specifications in compliance with Norwegian payroll laws.
  3. Help employees understand their salary specifications and other payroll-related questions.
  4. Manage and distribute incoming requests in our ticket management system.
  5. Resolve or escalate cases efficiently while providing prompt feedback to customers.
  6. Administer user access permissions and handle internal communications.
  7. Maintain up-to-date customer account knowledge and contribute to team efficiency.
  8. Participate actively in process improvements and team development initiatives.
  9. Coordinate and support streamlining consultant support.

What you have to offer:

  • Native Norwegian speaker with at least B2 level of English; knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably handling sensitive payroll or financial data.
  • Solid understanding of Norwegian work culture and payroll practices, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet local requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills in all required languages, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with payroll or service management tools like ServiceNow, MyServicePoint, or similar platforms.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ready to embrace change and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with resilience and a good sense of humor.
