Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Campaign Management Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Service Overview

The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely and high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility into market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution efforts, and providing updates to stakeholders and project owners to facilitate smooth delivery.

The role requires leveraging digital marketing expertise to act as a consultant, understanding market plans, and ensuring alignment with delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with market teams and other DU units to ensure campaigns meet global standards and client expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to Delivery Managers and Service Account Leads, and review campaign dashboards to generate insights (e.g., quarterly reports).
  • Understand market needs and explore opportunities to connect with other DU services.
  • Deeply understand the client's campaign strategies across channels and stages.
  • Serve as the main contact for client needs, maintaining close relations with internal DU service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to service processes, suggest optimizations, and address deviations when necessary.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or related technical studies with business acumen.
  • Experience in project/client management or as a digital marketing consultant.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate between teams.
  • Experience integrating business and technical requirements, and managing client relationships.
  • Experience with Patient Engagement, B2B marketing, email and SMS channels, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Paid Media is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple fast-paced projects.
