Gonvarri Industries is a leading company in the transformation of flat steel and aluminum, with over 65 years of history, 54 factories, 21 distribution centers, and offices in 27 countries.

We manufacture various products grouped into 7 business lines:

  • Service Centers: We supply flat steel, aluminum, tubes, and 3D laser cutting for the main manufacturers in the automotive sector.
  • Metal Structures: Design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation of metal structures for sectors like road, agri-food, electrical infrastructure, and energy and data transmission.
  • Solar Steel: Design and supply of solar trackers and fixed structures for the photovoltaic solar market.
  • Storage Systems: Design, manufacture, and assemble comprehensive storage systems with the latest technical and safety specifications.
  • Electromobility: Developing solutions and products for industrial applications and sustainable electric mobility.
  • Precision Tubes: Manufacturing high-precision carbon steel and stainless steel tubes with advanced R&D.
  • Laser Cutting: Providing 2D and 3D laser cutting of metallurgical parts, handling metal parts, and specific finishes.

Who are we looking for? A candidate with strong international projection within the group.

Mission: Creating, transferring, and improving a Quality culture in Gonvarri by identifying best practices and risks, supporting sites to reach excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting plants and external/internal regulations (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CSR, SGI).
  • On-site support and documentation creation.
  • Monitoring SGI Plans, supporting customer relations, participating in quality protocols, conducting audits, and implementing protocols.
  • Developing and maintaining the SGI system, flowcharts, FMEAs, Control Plans, and TQM training.
  • Monitoring Quality indicators, tracking corrective actions, and managing external audits.
  • Standardizing quality tools, negotiating certifications, and managing standards within the group.

Qualifications: Engineering/sciences degree, post-degree courses in Quality/Systems valued, fluent in Spanish & English (C1), German valued, at least 5 years experience in automotive industry, knowledge of automotive standards, certification as an internal auditor preferred, willing to travel 40%, flexible on-site hours.

Data processing complies with EU regulations, with data stored up to 2 years and handled confidentially.
