What You Will Be Doing

As an entry-level SaaS Product Manager, you will work with business owners, product managers, and engineering teams to define priorities, requirements, and releases. You will communicate regularly with leadership on roadmaps, updates, risks, and changes. Your skills will include cross-team coordination, product management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication, while exercising good judgment and overseeing the product lifecycle.

You will lead the development of one of our verticals, collaborating closely with engineers, business units, and international teams.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Create and deliver a roadmap aligned with global strategy.
  • Work with Tech Leads and Engineers to define and document requirements.
  • Lead the specification, selection, and implementation of new software and features.
  • Break down products and features into user stories.
  • Manage the product design and development process, including backlog management and prioritization.
  • Use market research, customer behavior insights, and product analytics to inform decisions.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and measure success.
  • Conduct user research to inform product strategy.
  • Define key features and requirements based on customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to improve discovery, design, and validation processes.
  • Test and validate user stories via APIs and interfaces.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.

Experience

  • Experience in automotive leasing or financing is a plus.
  • Experience in enterprise software product roles and building successful technology products.
  • Previous software development experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
  • Experience with product roadmaps and release planning is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs.
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of human-centered design principles.
  • Technical knowledge, user-centricity, and business acumen.
  • Proactive, self-starting, with strong project management skills.
  • Organized, initiative-driven, and accountable.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Trello, JIRA, FIGMA, GitLab.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
