Location : Remote / Flexible (some travel may be required)

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Consultant to collaborate closely with the Global Head of HR. The role involves designing and implementing a scalable SWP process across a global organization (~1300 employees in 7 countries).

This impactful, cross-functional position focuses on enabling the business to anticipate future talent needs, align workforce planning with strategic objectives, and foster collaboration among HR, Finance, and leadership teams.

Additionally, you will support the upcoming implementation of the Workday SWP module (target : early 2026) and provide support for Total Rewards initiatives, including compensation and benefits projects.

Responsibilities include :

  • Strategic Workforce Planning (Primary focus) :
  • Design and deploy a scalable SWP process for a global mid-sized organization.
  • Create practical toolkits and frameworks for HRBPs and managers to forecast workforce needs.
  • Lead planning sessions with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Integrate SWP into business and budgeting cycles with governance routines.
  • Build internal capabilities to sustain the SWP process.

Secondary focus : Total Rewards Support

  • Provide operational and project support to the Total Rewards team.
  • Assist with compensation processes, benchmarking, documentation, and program execution.
  • Extensive experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, preferably across regions or business units.
  • Ability to connect business strategy with workforce modeling and financial planning.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, ideally Workday.
  • Exposure to Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
  • Understanding of upcoming regulations like the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, and leadership.
  • 8–12+ years in HR, workforce planning, or consulting roles.
  • Experience in international mid-sized organizations (1,000–3,000 employees preferred).
  • Excellent project management and facilitation skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
