About Skoopware : At Skoopware, we’re redefining how businesses manage complexity in two highly demanding industries:

airline operations. Our flagship platforms:

  • serve manufacturers with indirect sales channels and airlines managing ground, cargo, and passenger services.
  • deliver powerful solutions for product lifecycle management, CRM, PRM, passenger handling, cargo management, and alliance reconciliation, all under a unified, modular architecture.

After years of building and refining our solutions with real-world customer situations, we're ready to accelerate. We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and lead our first external fundraising round.

The Role : You will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. As our first CFO, you will design and lead the capital-raising strategy—building the financial story, developing investor-ready materials, and managing outreach. You’ll also establish our internal financial systems, lead budgeting and forecasting, and prepare Skoopware for sustainable growth and investor confidence.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead our seed fundraising efforts, including investor targeting, deck and model creation, and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models aligned with our SaaS and enterprise licensing strategies.
  • Establish scalable financial processes, controls, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, investor relations, and cap table structuring.
  • Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide financial guidance across two business units with distinct monetization strategies.
  • Drive financial due diligence readiness and risk mitigation for investors.

Requirements :

  • Demonstrated success in raising early-stage capital (seed and/or Series A).
  • Strong network of VCs, angel investors, and early-stage institutional investors.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech startups.
  • Experience with dual-product or multi-vertical companies is a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, and enterprise licensing.
  • Excellent communication, modeling, and investor presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; experience operating across European or global markets is a bonus.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience in channel sales, airline tech, or operational SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of pricing models and cost structures in enterprise software.
  • Previous role in a founding or early leadership team.

What We Offer :

  • Founding leadership role with real ownership and impact.
  • Equity participation.
  • Remote-first team with presence in Europe and global operations.
  • Opportunity to scale a company with real customers, real platforms, and real traction.
