Connecting and deriving insights from our Royal Canin and Petcare data ecosystems, leveraging external data to better understand our customers and consumers, and unlocking efficiencies and automation across our End-To-End Demand Function are key focus areas.

Building on this momentum, we are recruiting a Senior D&A Product Manager to join our Royal Canin Global Data & Analytics Team. This role will focus on shaping and delivering the Demand Data & Analytics Agenda.

The Role

The Global Demand - Senior Data and Analytics Product Manager will oversee the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a segment of the Demand Data & Analytics portfolio. This involves addressing key Demand business problems and future capability needs, working with market, regional, and global Demand leaders, as well as functional experts, to develop analytics products that create business value and support the RC digital agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director, Global Analytics Product Management for Demand to develop a high-impact analytical product roadmap.
  • Understand current processes, pain points, user personas, and tooling for the products they manage, synthesizing these insights into a clear product vision.
  • Architect the backlog of Epics to address problems iteratively within an agile framework.
  • Prioritize Epics into product releases and advocate for necessary resources.
  • Manage a team of technical resources involved in product releases.
  • Assess the solution’s effectiveness through adoption metrics and other indicators of value.

Context and Scope

This role requires strategic inquiry to understand stakeholder needs and technical breadth to apply advanced analytics in Demand. The candidate will collaborate closely with Demand leaders, D&A and Digital Technology teams, and functional experts to define each product’s value. Ensuring positive end-user experience and adoption is critical. The role emphasizes leading with problems rather than tools to determine when to scale existing solutions or evolve products for competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in customer-facing roles with strong business acumen, problem-solving, and ideation skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions, working effectively with both business and technology teams.
  • Solid foundation in operations research and data science.
  • Experience managing delivery of analytical products, understanding complexity drivers.
  • Experience in Demand domains (Sales, Marketing, Insights) is a plus.
  • Strong business insight, stakeholder management, adaptability to ambiguity, action orientation, and tech savviness.
