WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Supervise staff and manage daily operations of a designated shift in the Table Games department, overseeing all games, game protection, and overall operations.
- Support scheduling and coordinate with managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in departmental budgeting by providing recommendations and supporting compliance with budget initiatives.
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service, ensuring standards are followed and addressing issues promptly.
- Enforce game procedures and policies in accordance with company and internal controls, monitoring compliance.
- Monitor chips and cash transactions, ensuring proper payouts.
- Manage gaming equipment accountability.
- Verify table inventories, manage table limits, and handle customer concerns.
- Engage with team members, addressing feedback, suggestions, and grievances to maintain operational integrity.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.
- Maintain confidentiality on all departmental and company matters.
BRING US YOUR BEST.
- Associate’s degree or minimum three years of experience in a comparable leadership role in Table Games, or equivalent education and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Table Games systems.
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff, resolving conflicts effectively.
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
- Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Basic math skills, including interpreting graphs and calculating rates and ratios.
- Responsible for staff development, training, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Handle disciplinary actions, coaching, and counseling as needed.
