Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations in both office and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff across departments
• Troubleshoot connectivity, data access, performance, and network issues
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT equipment and systems
• Support devices including printers, desktops, laptops, handhelds, and servers
• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently

Qualifications:

• Technical training in Microcomputer Systems, Networks, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred); 2+ years is a plus
• Proficient in MS O365, Windows 11, and Windows Server
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
