Our New Business Sales team is the engine that drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business across the globe. Account Executives are an elite group of salespeople with strengths that cover the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to acquisition and activation. We’re looking for an Account Executive to provide an excellent experience for our customers. Someone who can identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation.

Responsibilities include outreaching prospects across multiple channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling, building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage.

You should become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
  • 1+ year of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
  • A keen interest in launching a career in high-performing sales environments
  • Willingness to go beyond your main role to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Curiosity and quick data-oriented learning attitude in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Effective time management and organizational skills for balancing customer engagement, closing deals, and CRM tasks
  • A degree in finance or a business-related field
  • A positive, creative, and innovative attitude towards closing deals
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills
