Responsible for European e-commerce platform strategy operations, utilizing multi-channels to improve user recall, revisit, and activity, and reach the DAU target.
Analyze user behavior data, formulate and execute user growth CRM plans to ensure business OKR is met.
Insight into the user life cycle, traffic scheduling and distribution based on refined scenario-based requirements, and the establishment of a complete user access strategy system.
Cooperate with product, campaign, monetization teams closely, summarize the requests, output strategy, balance the business target and user experiences, data verification efficiency, continuously iteration.
Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for product optimization and business development.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in operational roles.
Fluent written and spoken English, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Clear understanding of overseas e-commerce industry or platform user operation is preferred.
Familiarity with user operation strategies and data analysis skills to identify user needs and behavior patterns from data.
