SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant. This is a great opportunity with an international IT HR Consulting firm.

The role can be performed 100% remotely from anywhere in Spain or in a hybrid setting from major cities.

Responsibilities :

1. Participate in all phases of implementing the HRIS solution, translating client needs into deliverables, documentation, and presentations.
2. Integrate the latest version of the solution into the client's existing environment used in their business processes.
3. Respond to corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance tickets for the solution.

Ideal candidate qualities :

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Spanish payroll (PY-PG) implementation or maintenance projects and SAP HCM.
