We are currently seeking a Maintenance Bid Study Engineer. Within the Technical Office department, your role will involve studying and preparing the necessary documentation to submit assigned tenders, following the guidelines of the Public or Private Organization issuing the tender, aiming to secure the contract.

Under the supervision of the Technical Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Studying and analyzing tender documents.
2. Drafting offers, reports, and budgets.
3. Conducting small thermal studies and projects (electricity and climate control).
4. Visiting clients for work assessments.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Maintenance Tenders.

• Permanent contract.
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, with working hours from 8:00 to 8:30 am start and 5:15 to 5:45 pm end, including a 1-hour lunch break. Fridays from 8:00 to 3:00 pm. July and August from 8:00 to 3:00 pm.
