Are you a passionate Project Manager with experience in workplace ? We are looking for a Project Manager Workplace with experience leading end-to-end (E2E) projects in Infrastructure environments. You will be responsible for managing internal requests (demands), coordinating their technical implementation, and ensuring proper functionality across our systems in the Austrian and Swedish markets.

Demand Management :

Lead end-to-end (E2E) projects in Workplace and Infrastructure areas.

Review new demands to ensure quality standards are met (quality gate).

Lead the JIRA Demand Board and ensure timely updates.

Review Functional Analysis (FA) documents for accuracy and completeness.

Facilitate release planning activities and coordinate with relevant teams.

Testing :

Collaborate with markets to align on testing strategies and requirements.

Conduct detailed testing of new demands to verify system functionality.

Employ the four-eye principle for a double check of testing results.

Document all testing outcomes accurately for future reference.

Report bugs identified during testing and coordinate retesting.

Align testing results with market expectations and provide necessary feedback.

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech environments.

Background in internal systems, Workplace, or IT infrastructure projects.

Advanced English

Strong organizational, communication, and functional testing skills.

Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on.
