We are looking for a dynamic supply chain professional to lead supply and delivery planning activities within the materials planning department. This individual will own customer order fulfillment for DG solar projects across Europe. He / She will be responsible for developing and maintaining delivery schedules for all the tracker components and act as customer service spokesperson to communicate order status to internal teams.

The successful candidate will bring in a blend of strategic leadership and tactical expertise to help build a world-class demand-driven supply chain. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the dynamics of complex projects, who understands the solar space well, and who can strategize effectively to stay several steps ahead of likely problems. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team propagating renewable solar solutions in the region and around the world.

Responsibilities :

  • Own delivery schedule for detailed BOM parts and by category for all regional DG projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of components to meet project timelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supplier collaboration and efficiency.
  • Manage supplier allocations based on schedule, pricing, volume agreements, and inventory levels.
  • Perform forecast analysis and part-level demand breakdown to obtain supply commitments.
  • Align supply chain activities with project requirements.
  • Monitor regional supplier capacity loadings and shipment conformance to allocations.
  • Review project PO vs. SO variances in order to align supply with demand until fulfillment.
  • Perform analysis of planned, shipped, and delivered orders for regional DG projects, identifying gaps.
  • Provide early alerts for supply gaps and recommend solutions to de-risk project schedules.
  • Drive supplier On-time shipment (OTS) and project On-time delivery (OTD) for the region.
  • Point person to coordinate engineering, sourcing, NPI, and logistics for project success.
  • Participate in 70%, 90%, 100% Hand-Off meetings to represent and raise planning issues.
  • Build operational excellence through lean and continuous improvement process management.
  • Support testing and adoption of Anaplan to expedite planning system transformation.
  • Ensure data integrity of supply chain planning data and management of the data flow.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
  • Solar, Semiconductor, or Steel manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong Planning, Forecasting, Project Management skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced user skills of planning software such as Anaplan, MS Excel, Access required.
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
  • Ability to build, negotiate, and sustain networking relationships.
