Frontend Developer (Creative Developer)

Company Brief

Phoenix Security is a cybersecurity start-up working on an exciting new product. We are looking for a founding Frontend Engineer to join our team. You will work on Phoenix Security, a product that disrupts vulnerability management, application security, and cloud security. Our platform helps CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and developers communicate effectively about vulnerability management. The position is fully remote initially, with a later transition to a hybrid model.

Holidays

We seek a Frontend Developer with UI/UX design experience to transform our web application into user-friendly products for our clients. Knowledge of user experience design is essential.

You will collaborate with designers and developers to implement functional, UX, and UI improvements to our platform. This is a remote role based in Barcelona or Malaga, Spain, requiring professional proficiency in English.

Requirements

1. Experience with Angular
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS is a plus
3. Ability to identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g., responsiveness)
4. Adherence to style standards for fonts, colors, and images
5. Proven experience as a frontend web developer
6. Portfolio of implemented projects
7. Familiarity with web design principles
8. Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Github Projects

Optional but preferred: BSc in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
