• You enable the smooth preparation and filing of civil claims using digital tools.
• You conduct document checks to ensure data accuracy and support the legal team by organizing case files and tracking court communications.
• You help build and refine internal workflows for managing high volumes of claims.
• You identify process issues and suggest practical improvements.
• You contribute to maintaining internal records and preparing simple reports.
• You have a degree in law and a strong interest in litigation and civil procedure.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• You have experience with legal documentation or court filings, ideally in a litigation role.
• You are based in Barcelona, Spain and able to work remotely.
• You are fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (C1).
• You are comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital court platforms.
• You are a team player, open to feedback, and eager to help improve legal workflows – we want you to be part of our mission!
