What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Support engineer with 2 / 3+ years of experience (preferably as a technical support engineer) who can field client inquiries, troubleshoot integrations, and analyze distributed systems to prevent disruptions.
Strong written / verbal English communication skills are needed as you will be managing meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be :
Respond to technical support inquiries from clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
Assist clients with technical integration issues.
Manage meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Analyze and debug distributed systems and take necessary actions to avoid service disruptions.
Understand the complete process of each application and suggest possible enhancements to avoid future issues.
Act as an interface between Customer Service and other departments
What do we expect from you?
Demonstrated industry experience interacting with customers.
2 / 3+ years of working experience in technical or application support engineer, or a similar role.
Ideally in the context of human resources companies or consultancy firms.
Technical background in software development or network administration.
Ability to work independently in a demanding and high-velocity environment.
Great written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convert deeply technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Energetic, hardworking individual with a positive attitude, a strong team spirit, flexibility, and a consistent, organized approach.
Nice to have
Ability to parse and debug distributed system logs (Application Insights, Postgres queries, GIP / GDSP traces).
Good understanding of communication protocols and software, REST APIs, Active Directory and Powershell scripting.
Experience in Node.js / TypeScript on Azure (App Service, AKS). SQL querying skills.
Experience with Confluence / ServiceNow.
