Business Development – German Speaking (on-site, Seville)

We are looking for a professional with a high or native level of German to support our market expansion in Germany. We want someone with resilience, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn, ready to specialize in their field and grow within the company.

What will you do on a daily basis?

  • B2B telephone & email prospecting, reaching out to plant directors in Germany.
  • Building and managing a client portfolio, establishing long-term relationships.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process: from preparing quotes to post-sale follow-ups.
  • Coordinating with marketing to improve our positioning in the German market.
  • Adapting to a dynamic environment where every day is different.

What skills do you need?

  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • German native or bilingual
  • Strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfort working over the phone and developing new business opportunities.

  • Everything related to B2B sales and commercial strategies.
  • Knowledge of the industrial automation sector.
  • Use of internal systems (we’re improving training to make it more accessible from day one ).

Base salary of €21,000 + 15% bonus on profits (The starting threshold is 3500 monthly).

Estimated total salary: €30,000 - €35,000 in the first year, with no commission cap.
