We are looking for a Senior HR Administrator with French as a mother tongue, who will be based in our CoE in Barcelona, working remotely for the HR team located in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP system.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulations.
  • Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll department.
  • Contribute to various HR projects.

Your profile:

  • Experience: +5 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Qualifications: Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Strong expertise in Swiss labour law and HR administration.
  • Languages: French mother tongue and excellent English skills.
  • Skills: Analytical and pragmatic mindset, people management skills, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, dynamic, solution-oriented, adaptable, proactive.
