Telesales Agent - Malaga (Onsite)

Our company based in Fuengirola is currently looking for full-time and part-time B2C & B2B agents to join our FCA and SRA regulated company for personal & business claims. The position involves qualifying and appointment setting – No Cold Calling – all leads are inbound enquiries and social media enquiries. (NOT Timeshare, Pensions or Insurance).

We provide full product training for this office-based position and successful candidates receive a full "Indefinido" Contract.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have excellent spoken and written English
• MUST have minimum 3yrs experience in a UK focused Call Centre
• OFFICE BASED ONLY - based in Fuengirola
• A valid work visa eligible to work in Spain
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must be able to work one Saturday a month if required
• Typical shifts alternate between 10am – 6pm and 12pm – 8pm.
