We are seeking a member for our Divisional Controlling Team to manage and control divisional business activities, collaborating with plants, the Divisions Management Control Department, and the global finance organization.

The role reports to the Divisions Management Control Department, with supervision and consultation on execution. The position operates under general guidance with decision-making authority within assigned responsibilities.

The position is based in L'Arbo (Tarragona).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance business planning models (budget forecasts) for the division.
• Analyze key economic indicators and recommend actions.
• Serve as the contact for the sales team on new product profitability calculations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Mandatory:

• Degree in Economics & Business Management, Business Informatics, Finance, Management Control, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of management control, data analysis, or data science.

Specific Knowledge:

• Proven expertise in management control and data analysis/data science.

IT Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with VBA/Python programming.

Languages:

• Spanish (C1), Catalan (C1), English (C1).

Experience:

At least 1 year in a similar role.
