AEM Architect (DxP Developer Senior Manager)

At JAKALA, we are looking for an AEM Architect (DxP Developer Associate Manager) to participate in cross-functional projects focused on data and technology within the DxP team, in the Strategy & Digital Assets department. This position is 100% REMOTE , but if you prefer a hybrid model, you can also join us at our offices in Pamplona, Madrid, Barcelona, or Gijón.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : Create custom components, templates, and workflows to optimize content management and enhance user experience.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of the AEM platform : Ensure system performance through configuration, updates, and issue resolution.
• Integrate AEM with external systems and technologies : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to connect AEM with web services, databases, and analytics tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship : Guide and train team members on best practices in AEM development, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with Cloud Services.
• Experience integrating Adobe Experience Manager Sites with Adobe Target and Analytics.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, RESTful services, Maven, SQL, and Bitbucket (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write semantic, readable code.
• Critical thinking skills—ability to evaluate and improve processes.
• Team-oriented mindset : able to ask for help and support colleagues.
• Passion for learning and programming; resourcefulness and eagerness to grow are valued.
