CSA Construction Project Manager

Due to continued project success, we are seeking a results-driven and technically strong CSA PM to lead works in Madrid , Lisbon , and Frankfurt .

The Role :

As a CSA Project Manager , you’ll be responsible for the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural packages , ensuring timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced data centre environment. You’ll act as the key interface between clients, design teams, and subcontractors, reporting directly to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage CSA works from groundworks through to architectural finishes

Oversee site progress, scheduling, and health & safety compliance

Coordinate with internal MEP, commercial, and planning teams

Ensure compliance with local codes, design specifications, and quality standards

Lead subcontractor coordination and resource planning

Drive performance and accountability across site teams

Requirements :

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

5+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor

Proven track record on large-scale industrial or data centre projects

Strong technical knowledge across civil, structural, and architectural scopes

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Flexibility to travel or relocate to Madrid , Lisbon , or Frankfurt
