We’re hiring for the position of Head of Data Science (Enterprise Solutions Unit).

Responsibilities

1. Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists to deliver impactful solutions addressing customer needs.
2. Focus on understanding customer pain points, driving innovation, and exploring emerging data science trends.
3. Ensure the delivery of machine learning-based automated SEO analysis workflows for clients.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to align data science projects with business objectives.
5. Translate complex data science concepts into actionable strategies and monitor their impact.
6. Leverage data science to solve business problems and develop SEO workflows in collaboration with SEO experts.
7. Oversee development and deployment of scalable, reliable data science models.
8. Stay updated with advancements in data science and integrate emerging trends into workflows.
9. Establish best practices for working with data engineering, model monitoring, and backend integration.
10. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists.

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years of experience in data science, with 2-3 years in leadership roles.
2. Proven experience in designing impactful data analysis workflows.
3. Strong programming skills in Python and data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, transformers, streamlit.
4. Knowledge of API integration and data collection from various sources.
5. Experience with comprehensive testing of workflows.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and effective collaboration abilities.
