Job Title: Cybersecurity and Functional Safety Auditor

Location: Valls, Spain

Your mission will be to define and analyze Lear's Cybersecurity and Functional Safety (FuSa) processes according to ISO 21434 and ISO 26262:2018, as well as integrating these with global engineering processes. This role involves deploying the Cybersecurity and FuSa audit system and leading audits in relevant projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the deployment of Cybersecurity and FuSa processes in projects, including migration to agile methodologies.
  2. Implement the Cybersecurity and FuSa process audit system.
  3. Define KPIs for Cybersecurity and FuSa processes.
  4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in process safety management.
  5. Promote a proactive cybersecurity and safety culture within the organization.
  6. Engage with engineering and manufacturing to incorporate lessons learned and best practices.
  7. Support problem-solving strategies for significant cybersecurity and safety issues using tools like 8D and 5 Why’s.

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 21434, and ISO 26262:2018.
  2. CECA or CFSE certification.
  3. Proven experience conducting ASPICE audits, including ASPICE for Cybersecurity (CS).
  4. Experience in audits and assessments is essential.
  5. Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional safety or cybersecurity-related activities.
  6. Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  8. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and tools like JIRA is desirable.
  9. Understanding of PPAPs, APQP, VDA, IATF, 8D, and 5 Why’s.
  10. Background in Quality and Agile (SAFe) methodologies is desirable.
  11. Engineering degree.
