Your candidacy is currently being considered for a position within an Alight Inc group company. Please note that Alight has announced its intention to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction concludes, this position will be with the new Payroll & Professional Services entity owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). THE ROLE

The goal is to support and execute payroll activities and/or data management/customer service tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities may focus on payroll or customer service, with flexibility to support both as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Payroll End to End independently, ensuring delivery according to the processing calendar and KPIs.
  • Support statutory and year-end reporting activities.
  • Use payroll expertise to address client queries, understanding country-specific legislation.
  • Assist and transfer knowledge to apprentices and associates on data management or customer service tasks.
  • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and maintain high standards.
  • Support system maintenance testing.
  • Coordinate with third parties.
  • Complete SOC controls timely with necessary evidence.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to ensure accuracy and suggest preventative measures.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions ensuring understanding and practical application.
  • Maintain DWIs to reflect current processes.
  • Report system issues/defects correctly with detailed tickets and evidence.
  • Alert Service Manager of any scope deviations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Contribute to team meetings and escalate issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
