Gantrex, world leader in rails for cranes and special applications, wants to incorporate to its team a surveyor, for a project of at least two years in the province of Cadiz, with real possibilities of subsequent permanence in the company’s staff.

The surveyor is responsible for the fitting and geometrical verification of the different elements of the project (structure, floor, runway system), as well as the conformity of the installation of the system with the reference standards of the project and its associated tolerances in each of the assembly steps.

Responsibilities:

1. Geometric checking and stakeout of the different structures or elements of the project.
2. Plan and elevation fitting of the different structures or elements based on project requirements.
3. Generation of profiles and surfaces as a basis to carry out the previous point.
4. Measurement of concrete volumes.
5. Generation of the required execution control documents (stop points, control, inspection points and others).
6. Auscultation.

Requirements:

Perfect knowledge and understanding of:

• Plans and/or technical documents;
• International reference standards and tolerances.

Perfect use of:

• Optical and automatic level.

Additionally:

• Valuable to speak English and/or French.
• Basic Microsoft package, AutoCad, MDT or others with the same features and compatible with the previous ones.
• At least 5 years of experience in surveying activities on construction sites with the use of the three surveying instruments mentioned above.
