The Talent Partner will leverage creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to optimise the hiring journey and ensure a professional, transparent candidate experience. As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in promoting an inclusive and dynamic workplace.

The Senior Talent Partner will :

• Possess full-cycle recruitment expertise in a pre-IPO business, working on Tech hiring globally.
• Demonstrate strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
